How do I know where to go for my colour appointment?
- Colour appointments take place at Parsons Green on Mondays and King’s Road on Wednesdays, unless stated otherwise.

How do I know what service to book?
- If you are unsure which colour service to book, please schedule an online consultation.
- Consultations are held on Mondays at Notting Hill and Wednesdays at King’s Road.
When do I need a patch test, and how do I get one?

- A patch test is required for all new models before their first colour appointment at HARI’s.
- It must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

- You haven’t had a colour service with us in the last six months.
- You are switching to a new colour service or brand.
- You have experienced recent skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical changes.
Call the HARI’s branch you plan to visit and arrange a complimentary consultation and skin test.
- The test is quick and only takes a few minutes.
- If you experience any redness, itching, or irritation after the test, please contact us before your appointment.
What if the service I want is not listed on the website?
Please email training@harissalon.com with a photo of your hair and a brief description of your request.
What if I was not happy with the service I received?
- While we do not offer redo appointments, we value feedback and strive to improve.

I can never seem to get an appointment—what should I do?
- Appointments are released every Monday, three weeks in advance, and book up VERY quickly.
- Check back frequently throughout the week, as cancellations may open up slots.
- We do not take bookings over the phone.
