Delivery Policies
General Delivery Principles
- Orders placed via www.harissalon.com will be processed and shipped in line with the options and times listed below.
- All delivery estimates are working days (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery may not be available on public holidays or in very remote locations.
- If shipping costs or service availability vary by postcode or region, those will be displayed at checkout.
Free Delivery Thresholds & Promotions
- We may offer free standard delivery for orders above a certain value, e.g. £50.
- Promotional or subscription-based “premium / unlimited delivery” plans may be made available to frequent customers (e.g. a monthly/yearly subscription to remove delivery charges).
- Some premium or express services may be excluded from unlimited delivery plans or promotional offers.
Cut-Off Times & Dispatch
- For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before a specified cut-off time (e.g. 1:00 pm local time).
- Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- If a product is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and provide an estimated dispatch date or offer alternatives.
Failed Delivery & Returns from Couriers
- If a delivery attempt fails (e.g. no one home, incorrect address), the courier may leave a card or attempt re-delivery, or return to the nearest collection point.
- Packages may be returned to Hari’s Salon if not collected or re-delivered within a certain timeframe (e.g. 7–10 days).
- If a package is returned to us due to your fault (e.g. wrong address, refusing delivery), you may be liable for reshipping fees (or we might deduct from refund).
Loss, Damage & Incorrect Items in Transit
- Please inspect your package on delivery.
- If items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and description.
- We will liaise with the courier, and where validated, either resend the correct item, issue a refund, or remedy the situation.
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved (the courier may need to inspect it).
Delivery Limitations & Exclusions
- Some delivery options (express, next-day) may not be available for remote addresses, islands, or certain postcodes.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend premium delivery services during extremely high volume periods (e.g. holidays, Black Friday).
- Hazardous or regulated items may have special shipping restrictions (e.g. aerosols, flammables).
- If a delivery method is not available for your postcode, you will be prompted to choose an alternative method at checkout.
