Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview & Scope
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made via www.harissalon.com retail shop (the “Site”).
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g. the UK’s Consumer Rights Act, Distance Selling Regulations).
“Return” in this policy refers to returning goods (products) purchased online. (If Hari’s Salon also sells services or in-store items, you may need a separate policy or clause for those.)
Right to Cancel / Return Unwanted Goods
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return of unwanted items.
- To be eligible for return, items must be in pristine condition: unopened, unused, with original seals, packaging, labels, and all accessories included.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or where hygiene seals are broken (unless faulty).
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product you must return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (or within 7 days) via our Customer Service (see section 7).
- Provide photographic or video evidence of the problem, and describe the issue clearly, date stamped to the day you received the order.
- We will assess on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs, where applicable).
Refunds — Timing & Method
- Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refund processing can take 3–5 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
- After we issue the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect it in your account.
- If you don’t receive your refund within 10 working days of our notification, please contact Customer Service.
Return Shipping Costs & Deductions
- For returns of unwanted items (i.e. “change of mind”), the cost of returning the item is typically borne by you (the customer), unless otherwise specified.
- For returns due to faulty, damaged or incorrect items, if your claim is accepted, we will refund you the cost of return shipping.
- We may deduct from the refund amount any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, condition, and functioning.

Other Important Notes
- This policy does not apply to services (e.g. haircuts, styling) or in-salon treatments — those are governed by separate booking / cancellation / refund terms.
- We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order will apply.
- If any term in this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that term shall be severed, and the remainder of the policy shall continue in full force.
